Management (Certificate, M.S.)

The Management Department is committed to providing the most modern tools, concepts and methods to working grad students. Going beyond traditional management programs, Polytechnic's MS in Management Program emphasizes understanding and utilizing technology and innovation that is critical for all modern managers. The curriculum incorporates electronic business, the Internet, information systems and technology management as key focal points. There are five specialized degree tracks in the M.S. in Management Program: Entrepreneurship, Electronic Business, Technology Management, Information Management, and Telecommunications Management.

The Department of Technology Management at Polytechnic University is the premier learning, research and development hub in the New York City/Tri-State region explicitly devoted to the increasingly critical arenas of innovation, information and technology management.

Admission Requirements:
Criteria for master's degree candidate admission includes a bachelor's degree with at least a B average from an accredited college or university and demonstrated evidence of motivation, maturity, and the ability to benefit from and contribute to professional graduate studies. An applicant who does not meet all the criteria may be admitted as a non-degree student with the opportunity subsequently to become a degree candidate. Satisfactory scores on the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) or, an acceptable equivalent test such as the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) may be used as support for admission to degree studies.

Admission criteria for doctoral candidates includes an academic record of excellence, professional experience, research potential, GMAT or GRE scores and references.
