- Managed 33 inspectors and surveyors responsible for the inspection of the installation of electric and gas facilities in Brooklyn and Queens. The volume of this work, by contractors, was in excess of $10,000,000 annually.
- Managed a section of 32 estimators responsible for developing construction cost estimates for nuclear, fossil, substation, and transmission and distribution facilities. The volume of work averaged $800,000,000 annually.
