Interesting links related to your field you would like to share
I started my research in the field of Special Functions arising from Fundamental equations of Mathematical Physics. In the course of time, I could blend it harmoniously with other fields of mathematics, notably, Lie groups and Lie Algebras, Fractional Calculus, Quantum Algebra and Matrices. Please provide a brief description of your teaching philosophy
Every body, in his/her professional career, wants good compensation as well as respect. In teaching, there is a tremendous scope at least in getting / commanding respect. If a teacher, as it should be, is highly proficient in his /her field of specialization and has an impressive communication skill, he /she has not to worry about getting respect- and money too. He is destined to lead a highly contented life. What do you enjoy most about teaching at Poly?
After merger with New York University, Poly has made significant progress in every activity in general, and in teaching in particular. These days, when I am in the class for teaching, I feel very happy to find every student highly attentive, taking notes of what I lecture, in a well- disciplined manner. That is what I enjoy most.Favorite Activities
