Biography
Early years on an upstate New York farm, then lived in the Bronx, NY until college graduation. I served in the air force as an officer during the Korean War.After the Korean War, I supervised the construction of many highway, bridge, subway stations, utility installations, treatment plants, and railroads and sky scraper foundations in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Upon retirement from hands on involvement in the Heavy Construction industry,I started my own consulting company (Jerome B. White PE, PC) to help engineers and contractors in the construction business. I have been an Adjunct Professor at Polytechnic University since 1995.
