Please provide a brief description of your teaching philosophy
My teaching philosophy reflects the basic values and principles of agility and i2e. My teaching pedagogy Includes theoretical lectures/seminars, and hands-on exercises/labs for students to practice and apply the lecture material. Agile practices are becoming the foundation for methodologies widely used in industrial practice.
The pedagogy consist of three interacting components:- The lectures provide the theoretical basis of the course.
- The labs introduce how technology, sources, and processes support the lecture material. They provide the students with hands-on experience with the methodologies, tools and techniques discusses in the lectures.
- The team assignment allows small student teams to practice the material covered in the lectures and labs in a small development project.
What do you enjoy most about teaching at Poly?
