Biography
Billy Keefe is the digital media manager in charge of special projects and social CRMs at NYU–Poly.
Billy previously worked at the Brooklyn Academy of Music where she acted as the SCRUM product owner of BAM's digital channels (web, social, email, digital signage, sms). She was the project lead on BAM's recent mobile site development, wrote BAM's social media strategy and produced BAM's iconic web videos. Prior to working at BAM Billy created the content strategy for Sesame Workshop's Joan Ganz Cooney Center, a center devoted to advancing the field of early education through gaming, and was the project lead for the University of Kansas' flagship website and award-winning national network TV commercials.
Billy is also a teaching artist. Her work with NYC high school students has won international acclaim and been featured in film festivals including the Tribeca Film Festival and the Human Rights Watch International Film Festival.
