Now that you have had the chance to learn more about NYU-Poly online, take the next step and visit in person!

Visit NYU-Poly in the heart of Brooklyn, New York City’s most populous borough, and one of the most diverse and distinctive enclaves that you will find anywhere in the entire world. A unique and exciting place, the campus of NYU-Poly is located within walking distance of some of the world’s best art, music, food, and shops.

Once on campus, you will have the opportunity to not only explore Brooklyn, but you will also have the opportunity to see the real NYU-Poly, by participating in discussions with our award-winning research faculty, visiting with current students, taking a campus tour, and discovering our academic vision of invention, innovation and entrepreneurship (i²e).

Office of Undergraduate Admissions Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 – 5:00 PM

* Please note that our office will be closed during Institute holidays.

Visitors to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions are strongly encouraged to make an appointment, by contacting (718) 637-5955. Walk-in appointments are accommodated based on the availability of the admissions staff; please be aware that during peak admissions seasons, walk-ins may not be accommodated.

Campus Tours and Interviews

Campus tours are offered Monday through Friday, except during Institute holidays, at 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM.

Interviews/conversations with an admissions counselor can either be scheduled 30 minutes before the tour, or once the tour has been completed, at 10:30 AM, 12:00 PM, 12:30 PM, 2:00 PM, 2:30 PM and 4:00 PM.

Undergraduate Information Sessions and Campus Tours

On select Saturdays in the fall and spring semesters, the Office of Undergraduate Admissions conducts weekend information sessions and campus tours, beginning promptly at 10:00 AM and ending around 12:00 PM.

Information Sessions will resume in September 2013.

During the summer months we strongly encourage prospective students to participate in a campus tour with a current student and an interview/conversation with an admissions counselor. Please see above for additional information.

Transfer Information Sessions

Information sessions for prospective transfer students are offered on select Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 4:00 PM throughout the semester. If you are interested in touring campus, it is recommended that you join us for the 3:00 PM tour as we do not offer a tour after the Transfer Information Session.

Special On-Campus Events

NYU-Poly offers a number of Open House opportunities throughout the spring and fall. A list of upcoming opportunities to visit campus, in addition to the opportunities listed above, scheduled special on-campus events can be found below.

Admitted Student Events

We invite our admitted students to a number of events both on and off campus in March and April. Please check your email or call 718-637-5955 to speak to your admissions counselor to learn about upcoming open house and reception programs designed specifically for admitted students.
