The Office of Residence Life at Polytechnic University aims to provide a safe, comfortable, secure, and nurturing living - learning environment that is conducive to students’ academic endeavors and personal growth while promoting a sense of community, responsibility, and an appreciation of diversity. Residence Life significantly expands the opportunity for such development since the resident students are immersed in the campus environment
The goal of the Office of Residence Life is to foster:
- Personal responsibility
- Social awareness
- Student leadership
Studies of college students across the nation show that students who live in campus housing earn higher grade point averages than students living off campus.
