The Center for Technology in Supply Chains and Merchandising (CTSCM) provides students and professionals with an advanced understanding of technological issues relevant to the retail industry, leading to innovation in the rapidly changing world of retail.

The CTSCM laboratory is an educational and research facility that focuses on challenges addressing the design and management of technologies in supply chains and merchandising. It facilitates understanding how to leverage information technologies for strategic advantage in the retail industry.

Polytechnic's Master of Science degree program in the Management of Technology and Innovation in Retailing (MOTIR) is the first of its kind to respond to the needs of the industry. It integrates the proven curriculum of Polytechnic's Management of Technology (MOT) Program with courses specifically tailored to key technological and managerial challenges faced by today's retail industry.
