Students entering college are faced with many adjustments.  They will need someone interested in them as individuals to turn to as they begin their academic experience.  Programs and services for new student include New Student Orientation, academic advising, Freshman Seminar (SL1010), interaction with Peer Counselors, and new student programs through out the year. These programs and services are designed to help both new students and families become more acquainted with NYU-Poly and ensure they have a successful transition into the NYU-Poly community.
