The New York Waterway Ferry only provides service between New Jersey and Manhattan.

During the strike, the New York Water Taxi
Service will provide ferry service from the Brooklyn Army Terminal
(BAT) to Pier 11 in Manhattan. Ferry service will run every 20 minutes
beginning at 6:00am.
In addition to the
above-mentioned options, the City of New York is considering
establishing “Park and Ride†lots at the following locations:
Yankee Stadium for connection to Metro-North Railroad
Shea Stadium for connection to LIRR
