Keeping the Promise - 2011 Promise Scholarship Fund

The Promise Scholarship Fund is our largest scholarship initiative, providing financial support to over 8000 students, many of whom are from traditionally underrepresented groups in science, engineering and technology — women, ethnic minorities, students of color, and first-generation college students. For 23 years, the Promise Scholarship Fund has helped continue NYU-Poly’s longstanding tradition of ensuring students have access to quality higher education. This academic year, sixty percent of our undergraduate students come from families with incomes less than $50,000 and 53% of our students receive a Promise Fund scholarship.
