On Saturday, October 27th, 2012 NYU-Poly alumni & friends gathered at Bedell Cellars in Cutchogue, NY to take a VIP tour of the grounds and learn about the winemaking process. Six alumni and seven guests enjoyed learning from Chris, a member of the Bedell staff, how wine is made from grape to bottle. After the tour, everyone enjoyed a delicious tasting of four varieties of Bedell wine along with a delicious lunch.
