This past Saturday, October 15th, former NYU-Poly Students and Faculty assembled in remembrance of the Centennial of Dr. Antonio Ferri.  Dr. Ferri, referred to in the NY Times as "The Aeronautical Genius" (see Dave Anderson column of January 28, 1975) served as head of the Poly Department of Aeronautical Engineering and Applied Mechanics.  He was also Chairman of the NYU Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics. 

Aeronautical Engineering Alumni from the 1950s and 1960s gathered for a special reunion luncheon at the NYU-Poly campus in Brooklyn to reminisce and catch up with one another.   Memories, food, and fun were shared by all.
