President Hultin and Polytechnic alumni gathered for lunch on Saturday, September 24th, 2011 to celebrate Polytechnic’s rich history and promising future. Guests learned about NYU-Poly’s three main focus areas of Health & Biomedicine, Urban Sustainability and IT and Multimedia from Professor Shivendra S. Panwar (Shiv).  The achievements of Dr. Samuel Krimm '47Chem were celebrated as he was presented with the Polytechnic Institute Alumni Association’s Distinguished Alumni Award.
