Toast, the annual event celebrating the year's NYU-Poly graduates, raised a glass to the class of 2011 on May 20. Attendees enjoyed food, drinks and, in some cases, music that brought dancers to their knees. Toast'11 was sponsored by the Polytechnic Institute Alumni Association.
