John M. DiMatteo '84EE '00CS of Wilkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, Edward D. Manzo '72PH of Husch Blackwell LLP, and Vernon E. Williams '89IE of Lockheed Martin hosted a group of Polytechnic Alumni Attorneys in Brooklyn on April 7, 2011. 

The gathering took place during NYU-Poly's Time Warner Cable Inno/Vention Competition finals, and attendees had the opportunity to view final presentations and judging of both college and high school finalists. 

Following Inno/Vention, the group gathered at the Varick Street Incubator where they toured the beautiful facility, and began discussions around forming a formal Poly Alumni Attorney affinity group.  John DiMatteo called on his attorney peers to be more involved with NYU-Poly, and to support Poly's focus on STEM.

The Alumni Attorney Group plans to meet annually.
