Dept. of Management Hosts Inaugural MBA Party

The Polytechnic Institute of NYU MBA program kicked off the semester with a post-session party on February 8, 2008 at "Ulysses" in Downtown Manhattan. MBA participants and their guests got a chance to relax from the intense learning experience and get to know their fellow classmates. Prof. Horwitch thanked the participants for "joining him on the University's bold mission to create New York's premier techno-MBA program."

Also in attendance was Polytechnic President Jerry Hultin who encouraged students "to do something powerful with their education." He offered, "We're not just educating you to be managers. We're educating you to be tomorrow's leaders and innovators." The inspiring words brought loud cheers from the crowd of students and supporters. MBA student Jeff Brody remarked, "You can feel the energy in this group. This MBA class is going places."
