Student’s Responsibilities in the advisement process:
- Students are required to meet with advisor each semester for program approval.
- Students must see their advisor in order to add or drop a course(s).
- Students must discuss their academic progress with their advisor.
Advisor’s Responsibilities in the advisement process:
- Listen to student’s concern and refer when necessary.
- Keep students on track for graduation.
- Inform students of new university policies.
- Maintain comprehensive and confidential records of advising.
