Bern Dibner Library
Students can access information online from the campus library, and they can request books be sent to them through the mail via the Brooklyn library. As a currently registered student in good standing, you have access to the Brooklyn Library Collection. You could take a trip to the Brooklyn campus and access these resources directly, but wouldn't it be easier to have that text mailed to you? Here is how it's done. First, access the library database online at http://library.poly.edu/ to make your selection. Then contact Mrs. Nancy Byrne at the Dibner Library. She can be reached by phone at (718) 260-3943, or by e-mail at nbyrne@poly.edu. Tell her your name, ID#, the text you wish to use, and the address you want it sent to. The book will be sent to you via the post office, 4th class mail (book rate). It will take about a week, so leave yourself time. When you need to return the book, simply bring it to our Administration office before you go to class, and we will return it to Brooklyn for you.
