MG 2104 Organizational Behavior

Description:

This course focuses on the study of human behavior in innovative organizations. Emphasis is on teams, leadership, communication theory, and organizational culture and structure. The course includes analyses of organizational behavior problems through the use of case studies, and byparticipation in experiential learning.
