CONCENTRATION IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
The Concentration in Human Resource Management prepares professionals for today’s technology-intensive environment. It provides the knowledge and techniques to deal with human resource issues and to achieve high quality innovation and productivity in often turbulent organizational settings. The changing nature of work and shifting professional expectations are explored.
From Fall 2007 onwards the following criteria apply:

OB 6123 (Human Resource Management)
Choose one of:
OB 6173 (Performance Measurement & Reward Systems) or
OB 6223 (Staffing Organizations)
Select one:
Select 9 credits of courses of interest[2]
[2] In all places where “courses of interest” appears the reader should assume that students may choose classes with prefixes of “MG”, “OB,” or “FE” (excluding executive format-format classes in Manhattan and perhaps elsewhere).
