GRADUATE CERTIFICATE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT
OVERVIEW
The Certificate in Operations Management is designed for those who want to focus on the management of the day-to-day operations of goods and services providers. It helps you advance by:
- Understanding the context in which project management and operations management decisions are made.
- Learning the tools, techniques, philosophies used in project and operations management. Being at the forefront of the revolution in project product and service quality.
- Knowing how to integrate all the aspects of project and operations management into a consistent, well-defined strategy.
This certificate is currently in the submission process to New York State. Only a departmental certificate is currently available.
Applicants for Certificate Programs must hold bachelor's degrees.
REQUIRED COURSES
The Certificate consists of:
A total of at least 15 credits, including MG 6303, Operations Management and MG 8203, Project Management;
