This special combination of courses is designed for computer science professionals, programmers and systems analysts. Its goal is to improve your ability to perform in a technical , demanding job and set the stage for advancement to a management position by:

  • Understanding better how your work helps the ultimate user of the system.
  • Learning how to manage computer/information systems activities. Helping to make your work more useful to your company.
  • Improving your ability to communicate your ideas and deal with people.

REQUIRED COURSES

The certificate consists of:

A total of at least 15 credits, including, MG 6503, Management of Information and Information Technology and MG 7173, Enterprise Data Systems
