GRADUATE CERTIFICATE IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

OVERVIEW

This Program is designed for management and human resource professionals who wish to upgrade their knowledge and skills in a variety of HR specialties to achieve a more effective management of people.

REQUIRED COURSES

The certificate consists of:

A total of at least 15 credits, which must include MG6013 Organizational Behavior and MG6123 Human Resource Management and select THREE courses from the following list:

MG6113 Career Management, MG6133 Labor Relations, MG6173 Performance Measurement and Reward Systems, MG6223 Conflict Management, MG6233 Training in Organizations, MG6263 Human Resource Information Systems and MG6283 Internet Applications in Human Resource Management.
