Graduate Orientation Leaders

The Office of Graduate Student Services is in search of those enthusiastic and knowledgeable NYU-Poly graduate students to be Graduate Orientation Leaders. Graduate Orientation Leaders are valuable team members for the organization and implementation of the New Graduate Student Orientation during the Fall and Spring semesters each year. 

This is a volunteer position with the Office of Graduate Student Services. As a Grad OL, you are representative of NYU-Poly’s community; welcoming those new students to the campus and helping them adjust to life as a graduate student.  Grad OL’s help with the administration of various seminars and workshops the new grads will attend, answer questions the new graduates may have, and assist with the day-to-day operations during the week of New Student Orientation

Being a Graduate Orientation Leader (GOL) is a great way to improve upon your transferable skill set such as networking, time management, organizational and leadership skills while providing the NYU-Poly community with a valuable service.
