OneCard

Every member of the NYU-Poly community, including staff, receives a OneCard, our photo identification card. Use your OneCard to:

• Gain access to NYU-Poly buildings 
• Borrow books from the Dibner library
• Pay for meal charges in the cafeteria
• Access the gym and the fitness center
• Pay for copies made in the print shop

I Lost My OneCard. How Do I Replace It?

• Go to Student Account Services and pay $20 for a replacement card
. You will receive a receipt for your payment.
• Bring your receipt to the Facilities office (152 Jacobs Building) where you will be issued a new card

Which NYU-Poly Buildings Will My OneCard Let Me Into?

With a valid OneCard, you can access the following buildings depending on your role within the NYU-Poly community:

Rogers Hall 
(including Jacobs Academic Building and Jacobs Building)

• Currently registered students
• Active employees
• Non-NYU-Poly students with a meal plan

Dibner Building

• Currently registered students
• Active employees

Othmer Residence Hall

• Current dorm occupants

Paying for Food with Your OneCard

Students Living in the Othmer Residence Hall

Your OneCard will automatically be filled with money for purchases in the Lackmann Cafeteria. The amount will depend on the type of room you have (apartment or suite) and will be charged to your tuition bill. Contact Student Account Services for details.

Students Living Off-Campus, Staff, and Faculty

You can deposit money on your OneCard for use in the Lackmann Cafeteria in two ways:

• Pay by cash: Use the OneCard machine located in the cafeteria. (Only $10 and $20 bills are accepted.)
• Pay by credit card: Visit Student Account Services: 256 Jacobs Building.

Guidelines for Using Your OneCard

• Do NOT lend your OneCard to another person; you are responsible for any charges made on the card
• Your card can be confiscated for misuse and you are required to pay a $20 fee for a replacement card
• You MUST swipe your ID card at a card scanner when you enter an NYU-Poly building
• Remember to wear your ID card when you are on campus
