E-Mail

Every NYU-Poly student is assigned an NYU-Poly e-mail address. Our office will communicate important messages and reminders using this e-mail address, so it’s your responsibility to check this e-mail address for any updates or information.

We will also be posting updated information for international students on My-Poly and all international students will be enrolled in the International Student and Scholar Organization.
 

When meeting or requesting services, keep the following in mind:

• Be sure to bring your passport and I-20 to any appointment with the International Student Office
• Remember that it is your responsibility to be familiar with the rules and regulations that govern your immigration status as a student
• Your requests for various services such as travel abroad, employment authorizations, or replacement of I-20 documents will take time, in most cases 5 to10 working days, so plan appropriately and take these time frames into consideration
• Do not contact USCIS on your own without first consulting with the Office of International Students and Scholars
