Summer in New York has never been so convenient. Whether taking summer classes, or just enjoying the season, NYU-Poly on-campus housing is an affordable way to make the most of your summer.
Summer housing availability is extended for NYU-Poly students who can take advantage of housing that coordinates in availability with scheduled summer classes.

All rates are for Apartments with Double Occupancy. Check-in time = 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; check-out time = 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Suites
- include a twin captain bed/dresser combo, desk, wardrobe, and shared bathroom
Apartments
- include a twin bed, dresser, desk, wardrobe, shared bathroom, shared living room, and shared kitchen
Single Occupancy
- 1 person occupies a bedroom and additional people occupy the other bedroom in the same suite/apartment
Double Occupancy
- 2 people occupy a bedroom and additional people occupy the other bedroom in the same suite/apartment
Amenities
- central air conditioning
- fully-wired rooms for personal computers, laptops, cable TV, and telephone access
- student lounges
- 24-hour security
