On-Campus Living

Located on NYU-Poly’s Brooklyn campus, the Donald F. and Mildred Topp Othmer Residence Hall is a 20-story building, housing over 400 students in 2-bedroom suites and apartments. The residence includes student lounges, study rooms, laundry facilities, and outdoor space.

Our housing staff is made up of 2 full-time professional staff, a graduate resident director, several undergraduate resident assistants, and security personnel, who supervise the residence 24 hours a day. Housing is available for every NYU-Poly term, including summer sessions.
