The Othmer Residence Hall

Located on NYU-Poly’s Brooklyn campus, the Donald F. and Mildred Topp Othmer Residence Hall is a 20-story building, housing over 400 students in 2-bedroom suites and apartments. The residence includes student lounges, study rooms, laundry facilities, and outdoor space.   Our housing staff is made up of 2 full-time professional staff, a graduate resident director, several undergraduate resident assistants, and security personnel, who supervise the residence 24 hours a day. Housing is available for every NYU-Poly term, including summer sessions.  Whether you are a prospective, international or current student, NYU-Poly’s on-campus housing gives you the resources and support of a close community of like-minded students. It is a great place to meet new people from all over the world and develop the friendships that can last a lifetime.

Clark Residence

Rooms at the Clark Residence at 55 Clark Street, which is within walking distance to NYU-Poly’s MetroTech campus, shopping and dining on Montague Street, and the Brooklyn Promenade, are available for NYU-Poly upperclass students.  Students will be able to choose from single, double, large double, lofted triple, and triple layouts.
