Located on NYU-Poly’s Brooklyn campus, the Donald F. and Mildred Topp Othmer Residence Hall is a 20-story building, housing over 400 students in 2-bedroom suites and apartments. The residence includes student lounges, study rooms, laundry facilities, and outdoor space.   Our housing staff is made up of 2 full-time professional staff, a graduate resident director, several undergraduate resident assistants, and security personnel, who supervise the residence 24 hours a day. Housing is available for every NYU-Poly term, including summer sessions.  Whether you are a prospective, international or current student, NYU-Poly’s on-campus housing gives you the resources and support of a close community of like-minded students. It is a great place to meet new people from all over the world and develop the friendships that can last a lifetime.

New Housing Option: Clark Residence

Rooms at the Clark Residence at 55 Clark Street, which is within walking distance to NYU-Poly’s MetroTech campus, shopping and dining on Montague Street, and the Brooklyn Promenade, will be available for upperclass students starting in September, 2010.  Students will be able to choose from single, double, large double, lofted triple, and triple layouts.
