JAKE
Do you know which journal you need, but not sure in which database it is located? Use JAKE. If you know the journal title or ISSN number, JAKE will tell you in which database it is located and whether it is full text, a citation or an abstract. For example, if you wanted to find out in which database to find the journal, Electronic Letters, you would
- Go to JAKE.
- Type in "electronic letters" and click Search.
- Identify the journal from the JAKE's search results.
- Click on "complete details" to see which database has the journal and in what form.You may use the library's document delivery service to obtain the article you need.Please note that JAKE does not allow you to search for specific articles within a journal, only journal titles and databases. If the Dibner Library does not subscribe to a database that contains the journal you are searching for, email or check with the service desk. A librarian may be able to help you through Interlibrary Loan.
