Polytechnic Institute of NYU offers graduate certificates to students who successfully complete an identified sequence of five 3-credit courses within a specific area. The certificate sequences are comprised of the same graduate courses that are offered as part of Polytechnic Master's degrees. Students may earn a certificate as a final objective, or earn one or more en route to a degree. In order to pursue a certificate, students must be admitted to Polytechnic as either a degree-seeking or non-matriculated graduate student (unless stated otherwise) and must meet the prerequisite requirements for all certificate courses.
