About the Position

NYU-Poly has multiple positions available for a Post Doc and/or Research Scientist in security (broadly construed). Researchers will be encouraged to develop their research agenda through interaction with faculty across NYU-Poly and NYU. Experience with managing projects is a plus, but is not required.
 

Education Requirements

  • Strong academic record in computer science or relevant technical area;
  • Completion of the requirements for a PhD, including submission of thesis;
  • Active in one or more of the following areas of interest: interdisciplinary security (broadly construed), privacy, social networks, virtualization, cloud computing, network traffic analysis, cyber-physical systems, digital forensics, biometrics, urban computing, and operating systems.
  • Researchers will receive a competitive salary and benefits.
