About the Position

Responsible for management and development of all aspects of a collegiate basketball program.

Responsibilities

Preparation and execution of practices, game preparation, player development, supervise and evaluate part- time assistant coaches, team managers and student game staff members. Assist with the development of all off-season, spring season and other training sessions. Provide feedback and instruction regarding individual and team skill and team skill development. Conduct recruitment, coordinate communications, outreach and prospective athlete campus visits
 

Education Requirements

Bachelors Degree, Collegiate coaching experience preferred

Experience Requirements

A commitment to adhering to all policies, rules, and regulations of NYU-Poly, Skyline Conference and the NCAA, Ability to work cooperatively with other administrators, coaches, students and faculty members, Good written and oral communication skills. Leadership, dependable, and strong communication skills
