Students who complete their program of study are given a 60 day period to depart from the United States, without violating immigration rules.
Students who terminate their course of study with the permission and approval from the Office of International Students and Scholars (OISS) prior to program completion are given 15 days to depart from the United States.
Students who do not obtain prior permission to terminate their studies from the Office of International Students and Scholars are not eligible for a grace period to depart the country and must leave immediately.
