Facilities and Resources

  1. Space and Service Fees (Based on NYU-Poly IP) - If a startup company is formed based on one of Polytechnic's IP then that company will have space and services at no expense for a maximum of two years, a license agreement must be in place.

  2. Space and Service Fees (Non-IP based) - On-site companies pay fees of $13.50 - $18 per sq. ft. per year for office space.

  3. Equity - A company may opt to give Polytechnic equity into the company in exchange for space and services at no additional cost. In this case, Polytechnic will not interfere with the management of the company.
