The mission of the Brooklyn Enterprise on Science and Technology (BEST) is to provide an educational environment to stimulate the establishment and growth of science and technology based start-up and spin-off companies, expand Brooklyn's existing industry base, and attract high technology industry to the region in order to create jobs and enhance economic development.
