FRE 6151 Clearing and Settlement of Financial Transactions

Description:

This course focuses on issues involved in the processing of financial transactions from order execution to final settlement of transactions. The course examines the procedures and market conventions for processing completed transactions, verifying transactions, confirming transactions, resolving conflicts, decisions involved in developing one's own clearing operations or purchasing clearing services, the role played by the clearing houses, and numerous issues associated with cross border transactions.
