Follow these instructions and guidelines to get your event up on the LCD screens around campus in time for your event.

Instructions: How to Get Your Event Posted

Major Events/Lectures

Three weeks before the event, submit your poster (see guidelines below) to Michelle Kerr

  • After approval, your poster will run on the LCD screens for 3 consecutive days. If you prefer, you can prepare monthly schedules to ensure your event is in the viewing queue.

Student Club Announcements, Meetings, Athletic Competitions, etc.

There are 2 options for promoting your event:

Template — We Make

At least 1 week before your event, complete this form about your event to have it appear on the LCD screens

Custom — You Make
At least 3 weeks in advance of your event (preferably sooner if possible) contact Student Development to reserve a room for the event. Student Development will then work with you on the process of creating a poster and having it approved and published to a LCD screen. For reference, see the guidelines below about your poster.
