Impact Simulations uses proven digital game techniques to motivate hourly workers to increase their skills and improve their performance. Our solutions are targeted at industries that employ large numbers of young, semi skilled hourly workers who have little or no motivation to excel at their jobs – Retail, Restaurants and Hospitality. While we cannot change the work that these people do, our solutions can make work feel like playing a game. While we provide consulting and gamification design services, our featured product is LevelsPro™, a mobile, gamified employee engagement solution that uses proven game techniques to motivate and encourage hourly employees to improve their skills and achieve new levels of competence.
