On-Campus Recruitment (OCR) is an opportunity for Juniors, Seniors and Graduate Students to interview on-campus with top employers for some of the most competitive internships and full-time jobs available.
Students in their final year of study: From September through April, organizations from a wide variety of for profit and non-profit industries visit The Wasserman Center for Career Development to interview both undergraduate and graduate students for full-time employment after graduation.
Students in their second to last year of study: From January through April, employers conduct interviews with both undergraduate and graduate students for paid summer internship opportunities.
To participate in OCR, please complete the following steps:
- Update your profile on NYU CareerNet
- Attend a mandatory OCR Orientation to gain access to the database
- Attend an Acing the Interview seminar prior to your first interview
You must register for each seminar through your NYU CareerNet account. Click on "Events" and then "Seminars" to sign up for the OCR Orientation and Acing the Interview seminar. These requirements are strictly enforced and you will miss out on opportunities if you do not fulfill them.
Students manage their on-campus interview process online through NYU InterviewNet. You can access the system 24 hours a day to view position descriptions, apply for interviews (by submitting a resume) check your interview status and sign up for interviews after you have been selected for them.
For detailed information about OCR policies and guidelines, please review the OCR Student User Guide available in NYU CareerNet. If you have questions about the On-Campus Recruitment program after reviewing this information, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
