HOW TO MAKE A BEQUEST

“I hereby give, devise and bequeath to the Polytechnic Institute of New York University, a non-profit corporation organized and operating under the law of the State of New York, currently located at 15 MetroTech Center,6th Floor, Brooklyn, New York  11201, the sum of $_____________.”  Additional wording can include:  “the rest, residue and remainder of my estate to be used for the general purposes of the Institute (or for a particular program of your choice).”
