The Polytechnic University Alumni Association, Inc., known as POLYTECHNIC ALUMNI, exists to support the continuing education of alumni in the Polytechnic's area of expertise; provide alumni with information and assistance in job placement and other career advancement opportunities; involve alumni and others in Polytechnic fund raising; involve alumni in student recruitment and retention; promote and support POLYTECHNIC ALUMNI; foster communication between and amongst alumni, POLYTECHNIC ALUMNI, and Polytechnic.
The Polytechnic University Alumni Association, Inc. is an independent not-for-profit corporation that represents the alumni of Polytechnic Institute of NYU and predecessor schools. The officers are elected by those alumni who attend the annual meeting of alumni each spring.
