The POLYTECHNIC ALUMNI is the official name of the Polytechnic Institute of NYU Alumni Association, Inc. In addition to the elected officers and directors, the association, from time to time, establishes chapters or sections. These sections can be organized either based on a geographic location or based on a specific group affinity. Generally speaking, there should be at least 150 people in the affinity group or geographic area for a section to get started. Alumni interested in starting a new group or getting involved with an existing group should contact the Office of Alumni Relations (718-260-3885) or e-mail alumni@poly.edu for more details. The Association and the Office of Alumni Relations will assist sections with mailings, communications, and event planning. |
