If you are a Polytechnic graduate, faculty member, staff member or currently enrolled student, please use the form below, call the Office of Alumni Relations (718-260-3885) or e-mail alumni@poly.edu. Be sure to include both your full name and the name of the person you are looking for. Sometimes additional information about the classmate will be helpful (class year or major, if known).
If you need the names of more that four alumni please submit your request, in writing via letter or e-mail (alumni@poly.edu), with an explanation of your intended purpose of contacting them. The Office of Alumni Relations does not provide contact information for commercial or political purposes. Please note that some alumni have requested that their contact information remain confidential; the alumni office cannot give out information about these alumni.
The Office of Alumni Relations MAINTAINS RECORDS ONLY FOR THOSE WHO HAVE RECEIVED DEGREES from Polytechnic (and of NYUSES alumni who have stayed in contact with the university). Our records do not include those who attended Polytechnic but never graduated.
If you are not a POLYTECHNIC alumnus, student or employee, the Office of Alumni Relations will not give out contact information to you. We CAN AND WILL verify that an alumnus attended the institution and confirm date of graduation and degrees granted. We will also, when asked, forward letters and/or e-mail messages to alumni.
The Office of Alumni Relations publishes an alumni directory once every five years. The next directory is due in 2006. Sales of the directory are limited to alumni, faculty and staff. There are no remaining copies of the 2001 directory available.
