- Deadline for deposit is June 1, 2006. After this date a space is not guaranteed.
- Deposit is for $1000 ($300 will go to damage deposit, $700 toward first semester housing charge). Damage deposit will be refunded only after the student has moved out minus any outstanding charges or damage to the room/floor/building The deposit is non-refundable.
- Move in date is Monday, August 28, 2006.
- Students who are unable to arrive on that "move in" date due to an emergency must contact Office of Residence Life and OISS (international@poly.edu) with detailed information about the nature of emergency and a new arrival date in order to retain their room reservation.
- Those students arriving prior to Monday, August 28, 2006 will need to make other arrangements until this date.

- Student must complete a Residence Life Application. This form can be accessed from the Polytechnic website by clicking on Student Life then Residence Life or www.poly.edu/residence/forms/
- After the first day of class, the student is responsible for payment for the entire semester residence charge.
