Construction Management (Exec 21)
The Exec21 Certificate is a leadership program for construction professionals. This program is an opportunity for students with a bachelor's degree
who wish to specialize in construction management or who may
have previously completed an advanced degree and are interested
in furthering their professional development. Courses are taught by
eminently qualified construction industry professionals and faculty
members. Exec21 is recognized throughout the construction industry as a vital and innovative educational experience and was the recipient of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) Academic Achievement Award). The Master of Science in Construction Management program prepares students for leadership positions in the construction industry. Specifically, the program seeks to provide a thorough understanding of basic management and leadership principles in the construction industry, the integration of modern technology and innovative management tools, principles and methods of planning and financing construction projects and the fundamental tools for communication within the industry.
