HEOP

The Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP) is a New York State funded program designed to provide broad and varied educational instruction to capable students who, due to limited academic and financial resources, might otherwise not have the opportunity to attend NYU-Poly. HEOP's goal is to retain and graduate students who are traditionally under-represented in the fields of engineering and science.

Once admitted to the HEOP program, students are provided with these and other support services throughout their college careers:

• financial assistance
• counseling
• tutoring
• advisement
