The calls we make on our cell phones, the content we read in our browsers, the satellite images we see on the evening news: data networks make all of this possible. But along with the explosive growth of these massive networks come threats to reliability, security, and stability. The widespread deployment of standard-based solutions — Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), for example — is just the first step toward addressing these issues. At NYU-Poly, our Certificate program in Telecommunication Network Management trains you to ensure those networks continue to function smoothly.

With the thorough education of network protocols and network management standards that we provide, our students learn to manage the complex data pathways that connect our world. We recognize, though, how busy our students’ lives can be. That’s why we offer a number of courses online so you can advance your career with minimal disruption to other obligations.

Admissions
